Flir Systems has appointed
James J. ("Jim") Cannon as
President and Chief Executive
Officer (CEO). Mr. Cannon
succeeds Andy Teich, whose
retirement after 33 years of
service was previously an-
nounced in February. Cannon
previously served for more
than 16 years in a variety of
senior leadership positions at
Stanley Black & Decker, Inc.,
most recently as President of
Stanley Security North Ame-
rica & Emerging Markets.

Since September 1, 2015, Magnus
Ahlqvist, 43 years old, has been
Divisional President of Securitas'
Security Services Europe
and a
member of Securitas' Group Man-
agement. Magnus came to Securi-
tas from Motorola Mobility, where
he was Corporate Vice President
of EMEA and India. Before that,
he were, among others, President
of Sony Mobile Communications
in China for three years, Vice
President and General Manager
Spain & Portugal at Telefónica and
General Manager in Canada.
Magnus Ahlqvist holds a Mas-
ter of Science in Economics and
Business Administration from the
Stockholm School of Econom-
ics and a leadership exam from
Harvard Business School.

driving an even stronger focus on

Alf Göransson will continue his
position as President and CEO of
Securitas until March 2018. He
will then during two years be an
advisor to Securitas' new President
and CEO and will in this role
among other things support in
some customer relations activities,
acquisition related matters and
industry specific topics.

Magnus Ahlqvist will replace Alf Görans-
son and become the new President and
CEO of Securitas AB, effective from
March 2018.
The Board of Directors of Securitas AB has appointed
Magnus Ahlqvist as the new President and CeO of
Securitas AB, effective from March 2018. He will re-
place Alf Göransson, who has requested to leave his
position after having led Securitas successfully for 11
years.
