Runs this year from the 12th - 15th of May at the NEC in Birmingham in the UK. This will be teh 35th edition of this well established event. From the basement of a Park Lane Hotel in 1973, to filling 7 halls of the NEC, Birmingham, IFSEC has come a long way in its 35 years of existence.

The 16th edition of the International Security, Safety and Fire Exhibition Sicur took place at IFEMA, Feria de Madrid from the 26th - 29th February 2008. The number of visitors has grown steadily over recent years, and 39,755 were officially registered this year.

Security Show, Japan's largest trade fair for the security and safety industry celebrated its 16th anniversary from the 4th - 7th of March at the Tokyo International Exhibition Center.

Now the Municipality of Milan is increasing its investment in large scale video surveillance in order to prevent crime and to protect the city and its assets.To make the surveillance maximum efficient intelligent analytics has been added to the system.

During the 12th – 15th of May the 35th IFSEC event will take place at the NEC in Birmingham.
